Alternatives 2011 pre-registration is now closed. Registrations may still be made on site at the conference, at the Caribe Royale Orlando. If you would like to attend the conference, please print and complete the PDF registration form (including payment) and bring it with you to the registration desk when you arrive at the conference site.
Do not fax or mail any registrations as they may not reach the staff before the conference; this can result in confusion when you check in at the registration desk.

2011 Annual Conference Rates
HOTEL ROOM COST IS NOT INCLUDED
Full Registration includes: all workshops, institutes, plenary sessions, caucuses, and Wednesday/Friday/Saturday evening events. Meals included are Wednesday evening meal; breakfast and lunch Thursday, Friday, Saturday; Sunday breakfast. The deadline for the $425 rate is October 9th.
One-Day Rate includes workshops, institutes and food functions on one specific day
Wednesday Only includes opening session and evening meal
Cancellations must be received in writing. If cancellation is requested before Sept. 30, you will receive a full refund, minus a $35-per-person administrative processing fee. After Sept. 30, registrations will not be refunded. Registrants who are no-shows for the conference will not receive a refund.
